All was great, had an issue with the heat, but Jeff solved it post haste. Found it to be to small for us, but this was our first time. Next time one a little bigger. Nice guy, always there for questions, with answers. Thanks Jeff

We had a wonderful experience with the pod. It was very clean and well stocked with everything that we needed. Jeff was an excellent host, explained everything clearly. The bed was very comfy. Highly recommended!

Terrible experience! Had electrical issues day of pick-up. He came to our home to resolve "no lights" problem and were told that all issues fixed and good to go...but also said he would drive to campsite next day to replace a faulty electrical box! We said no need since he said "all was good". Camped for 2-days and batteries went dead...were told before we left that they would last a week or longer depending on use... we used lights only for just 2-nights. With no battery power we could not retract the tip-out. Jeff blamed us for choosing to go somewhere without plug-in electricity and blamed us for choosing to go to that location. He said the camp trailer performed as described and fault was ours. ???? He examined our Toyota Tacoma and told specifically that we were good to go...that this truck was perfect for this setup! Which is also what he blamed for all the issues!!

We needed a camper last minute, and this worked out perfect. Jeff was really quick to respond to questions. He explained everything really clearly. The camper itself was very clean and we had a great trip.

Jeff and his wife were great to deal with. They set up a agreeable meeting time and had everything read and waiting when we arrived. The quickly covered all the set up details and we were on our way. Very glad we rented from them and as we continue to look at purchasing a trailer or motor home it was fantastic to get to experience this size of trailer.

This is a great light weight RV. It's easy to tow and easy to set up. This R-Pod is well appointed with everything campers need to have a comfortable and enjoyable adventure. Jeff thought of everything. Including a folding outdoor table and a portable hammock!

This was our first time renting on Outdoorsy. We wanted to do a try before we buy on the RPOD model of camper. I really like being able to rent from someone that owns the camper. Jeff was familiar with his camper and was very flexible on pickup times and drop off times which was super helpful. The checkout took much longer than I suspected because of all of the paperwork that Jeff had to take us through, which he was seeing for the first time as well. Other than that the camper was well outfitted and was perfect for our trip down to southern Nevada and Utah.

Jeff was very nice, very helpful, and communicated very well. The trailer was ready to go, however, it has some cleanliness issues (we discussed and he was very apologetic - it was just general cleaning stuff). Everything worked, and we didn't have any mechanical issues with the trailer. We had never tried out an R-Pod, so it was great to be able to do that. Comfortable trailer for 2 adults, and possibly a few kids. Nice trailer, and nice person to work with. Would recommend.

We had a great time! Jeff was great to work with and communication was super quick to answer all my questions. This camper was super easy to pull and even easier to set up, great for first time users! We used this at a music festival and was great to get in out of the conditions. RV was fully stocked with all the essentials needed for a great camping experience! We will definitely be renting again from Jeff!

Our rental experience went very smooth with Jeff. The trailer was a good size for my husband and I and easy to tow with our Chevy1500 pickup. Jeff did a thorough walk thru of the trailer and explained functions inside and out. We had no problems and would consider renting it again. We returned the trailer yesterday and received notice this morning that our deposit has been released.

This trailer is a dream. Perfect for the trailer newbie, very easy to tow and set up. I towed it with a V6 Tacoma but I know the owner uses a minivan. The layout is great, 3 of us spent 5 days in here and were very comfortable. The only note I would make is that there isn't much storage space in the trailer itself (no overhead bins or pantry) so bring some plastic bins and plan to keep your outdoor cooking supplies and nonperishables in the holds underneath. The floorplan is 100% accurate, but as this was the first time I had used a trailer the storage situation didn't occur to me.
