Active Family of six - we are on our 3rd RV. Started with a hybrid pop-out, then a 31' travel trailer with slides, now a Class C Bunkhouse. We have traveled all over the country and the adventures never stop.

Jason was a great communicator. he wanted us to enjoy Ms. Freedom as much as he and his family enjoy it. He understood our specific needs for the RV (picking up elderly parents in Florida and transporting them without stopping at restaurants, bathrooms or hotels) and was very supportive and helpful. The RV was well-stocked and he explained thoroughly all the various details to traveling in it. I would (and probably will!) rent again.

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Jason and Ms. Freedom. In relation to the RV itself, it was perfect for a 9-day road trip for our family of four. It's extremely user-friendly, in part because Jason keeps it fully stocked with everything you could possibly need on the road. Jason's communication was amazing. He sent us a detailed video walk-through ahead of time so that we could get acquainted with the rig before we picked it up. While we were on the road he answered all calls or texts within about thirty seconds, and as a result we had absolutely no issues on the trip. 5+ stars!

We had a really good experience working with Jason and renting the RV. He was thorough with a video walk through of the RV functions and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Most of all he was gracious and welcoming. The RV is in great condition and and it was perfect for our family. Helped us have a socially distanced RV camping experience.

Jason and Tracee are are first class people and Ms. Freedom was an awesome motor coach that took care of our family of four on our annual camping trip. Huge thank you for the last minute accommodation and special treatment!
