Shane was great and the RV was a big hit with my family. The double bunks were amazing and made for roomy sleeping quarters for everyone. Shane was very responsive and professional. He went through everything carefully and made the rental process clear and easy. I would definitely rent from Shane again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Shane was very accommodating regarding our arrival time. RV was clean and everything was in working order. Shane had lots of extra things available for use which came in handy! Would definitely consider renting with him in the future.

Having the RV delivered and set up was great! Our only complaint was that we had no hot water so we couldn't take showers or wash dishes. Shane was awesome and tried troubleshooting the issue but was unsuccessful and needed to order a part. The part didn't come in during our time camping because it was the weekend. So, we had to shower in the bathhouse at the campground which had a cost. Although a small cost, it was very inconvenient. Hopefully, Outdoorsy and/or Shane will offer an appropriate refund for the issue. I will definitely rent again in the future because I love camping and the fact that I don't have the stress of actually owning and towing my own camper is fantastic!

This was our second time renting this same camper from Shane. Everything was so smooth and easy in getting set up with the camper. Shane communicated well and provided transparency and assistance through the whole process. The camper had everything we needed for our Vermont vacation!

Shane and the RV were great. Had a fun trip. Where the RV is at Shanes house is a bit intimidating for the drop off but it all worked out great.

Great experience renting from Shane. Excellent communication throughout the whole experience. Very nice clean camper. He dropped it off and picked it up for us which made it hassle free. Five stars all around. Would rent again for sure. Thank you.

The camper was perfect for our get away, Clean and in extremely Good Shape.
