When the owners arrived, the generator wouldn’t stay on so they had to leave and get oil for it which wasn’t confronting at all, then they completely smashed my neighbor’s mailbox while moving the RV across the street. The RV itself wasn’t bad during our trip other than minor issues but when it was time for them to pick it up, they never gave me a specific time and they came hours after pickup time so I had to spend the whole day waiting for it to be picked up. Imagine if I had requested a later pickup… I would have been charged but making me wait all day for them and nothing… the RV is fine, the owners were not great to work with.

Kristen was great! She was very responsive to all our questions and made the whole process very smooth. Charlie was awesome! He also did a great job on our trip. We will definitely be using him again for our next road trip!

We loved vacationing in Charlie! The pick up and drop off experience was phenomenal. We are a family of 5 with two teenagers and a 6 year old. We traveled out of state and had all the comforts of home while away. We definitely will rent Charlie again!
