This was our first time trying the whole RV concept and Nelso was very responsive, kind and helpful with all of our questions. He was quick to answer calls and questions I had when I wasn't sure how something was working or had some issues getting the water heat going. We rented it for a one night local camping trip with our two toddlers. The RV itself seemed to work as advertised and I think most of the issues that we had were related to my lack of experience and the fact that any activity with two toddlers is challenging.
