Very nice RV. Clean and well kept

Luis and his wife was very nice and helpful with this trailer. They helped me get it hooked onto my car and walked me through how everything works. This was our first time towing and staying in a trailer and the experience was seamless. Luis was responsive when we had questions and we had a wonderful time. The trailer is nice, new and clean! I would rent it again and would recommend it to others.

Good RV experience at a great price as rented middle of June 2020. My biggest complaint would be that the trailer's registration appears to have lapsed 4 months prior to my rental as shown by the sticker on the license plate (the reason I rate overall at 3 star rather than. 4).
Luis was very prompt at answering my inquiries prior to my travel and was flexible to accommodate my preferred pickup and drop off times. However I was a little frustrated when I got to the location to pick up the trailer and found that it was the wrong address, even though I had confirmed the directions with him just the day before. I got in touch with him via the outdoorsy message system, he again promptly replied, even though he was at work. He gave me a new address and had me meet his wife and son at their home to pick up the trailer. They were very helpful to show me around the unit and get all set up for my trip. They provided a weight distribution hitch for my trip.
The trailer was mechanically sound and towed well behind my half-ton pickup. Everything worked as listed in the description (awning, A/C, water heater, stove, microwave, fridge, etc..). The floorplan was one of the best I've been in (model is t241bhxl if you want to Google search it). The trailer was stocked with all the basic necessities and a few extra items too. A few items I did note were several missing drawer/door pulls which made getting into some storage spaces semi difficult. The mattresses were a lower density foam, making the beds more uncomfortable than any other RV I've stayed in. And the shower leaks out the back corner of the trailer, so don't store any of your personal goods under that area of the trailer.
Unit was very clean and met the description and photos as provided in the listing. Only item would be that I believe this is a '17 or '18 model year rather than stated as a '19 in the listing (the manufacturing date is listed as 11/2017).
Overall, my family had a wonderful experience and I would rent this trailer again; as long as the registration and license plate sticker are up to date. (I might pack some spare sleeping pads to double up the mattresses too.)
