Brian and Janelle were true professionals. From the moment we booked, they were flexible and communicative. This was our first time in an RV, and Brian gave me a thorough overview of the vehicle at pick up and sent video tutorials preceding our trip. The camper van was spotless and had all of the features of any modern vehicle. Brian and Janelle had also installed shelving in one of the cabinets the day before our trip, which was PERFECT for all of the thousands of snacks we had. They had a french press coffee pot on board, dishes, pots, linens, and cleaning supplies. My kids LOVED this experience. They really impressed with the outdoor LED lighting, canopy, and external blue tooth speaker, which made for a NICE camp night party. The best part of the experience is that emptying the tanks was simple and straighforward. I would 100% do this again.
