Memories made on trips with Star White's RVs

The RV has issues that the owner glances over in the checkup and then tries to push on you as your fault when you get back to get you to pay for them. We were sincerely told to Youtube how to use the RV.
1. The generator actually blew when we were going through checks. Star then pulled us inside while her husband worked on it. The site we were going to is a full RV site and has power hookups. We said we would not need the generator.
2. The fridge would not work on power. We had to call the owners and text them several times before they agreed we could only run it on propane.
3. The air mattress would not stay inflated (this is the only way you can sleep on the couch bed). I texted Star the first night when we tried to use it and ask if there was a trick to keeping it inflated. I was told all you have to do was "plug it up and it should inflate". That it worked last time and we must have done something to the mattress. Luckily, we brought another air mattress since the first time we were in town we wouldn't have the RV to sleep in and were staying with a friend.
4. Several of the outlets do not work or are finicky.
5. This has to be the hardest Awning to use.
6. The last RV we rented came with a guide for renters that don't own RVs on the protocols on opening slides and putting the jacks down. We also we through a 1hr training on how to use the RV. With Star and her husband we were truly told - you can youtube everything for this RV. You will be fine.
7. The place we went to (Atlanta Motor Speedway) has a designated RV spot. It is on Grass. When we were with Star and they showed us how to use the Jacks/ levelling system it was on concrete. We we were trying to get ready to leave and went to lift the jacks, the system didn't make any noise but looked like it was trying to perform the retraction of the jacks. It stayed like this until it would error out. I called Star and her husband and facetimed them. We then called outdoorsy and worked with their team. They were going to send someone out (covered under my roadside assistance) when I called Star she said she already had someone else on the way (her personal technician that is not covered). Come to find out the reason the jacks wouldn't raise is that it was low on hydraulic fluid and needed more fluid to raise the jacks off of soft ground than concrete. This wouldn't be an issue except now Star wants to charge me for her personal technician coming out when Outdoorsy could have come.
