Minasse took my booking on last minute warning after my original renter had an unforeseen issue with his rv.
He was very clear in his instructions on how to operate the rv and we felt comfortable taking it out to Death Valley to an astronomy festival.

First time using outdoorsy, Really liked the experience. Minasse outfitted the vehicle really well. The only complaint was that that we paid for the airport delivery and he was over an hour late. He did make that up by picking the vehicle up from the hotel at no extra charge at the end of the trip (and was very timely then!).

We have just returned from a mammoth 6 week trip in Classy, travelling around the National Parks in the Western USA, from Grand Canyon to Rocky Mountain to Olympic to Death Valley and everything in between! Over 6,500 miles of driving through 8 states and 13 National Parks.
The RV was brilliant throughout - well maintained and stocked with everything we needed. We had a few issues with the tires and the generator but Minasse was always on hand, responding very quickly with suggestions and support.

Great experience with Minasse’s “Classy.” Everything worked very well. Fully stocked. Everything you need to cook inside or outside. Great mechanicals. Good reliable AC and generator. And he was very flexible with our pickup and drop off times. I’d definitely work with him and Outdoorsy again.

The three of us, gal friends, had a terrific trip in Minasse’s spacious RV. It was clean and well equipped including bicycles, camp chairs, camp stove and a very helpful wi-fi hotspot. Minasse responded promptly to all queries, patiently explained the workings of the RV to us and cheerfully accommodated our need for a few extra blankets.

We had a wonderful experience with Classy! Minasse delivered the RV to our hotel in Vegas on the first day of our trip and we were on our way: Zion, Bryce Canyon, Page AZ, Flagstaff and back to Vegas. We had a very comfortable stay with 2 couples. We used almost all amenities from the gas stove to the oven to the air fryer and Coleman camp stove. We had no issues on the road. We did stick to campgrounds with RV hookups for the most part, but did one night without hookup and had no issues with the generator or propane. Minasse was kind enough to drive us to the airport for a drop off once we returned. An awesome experience and would do it again!

We had a phenomenal trip and Minasse was great to work with. He gave good instructions about the RV and was quick to respond when questions arose on the road. We accidentally left behind a medicine bag and he mailed it out to us the next day! We also loved how well equipped the RV was, right down to a 10x10 pop up canopy that we put over the picnic table. The camp stove and griddle we also super helpful and were used most days. It was a pleasure to do business with Minasse and Outdoorsy!
