About Dottie & Floren De Waard

Hi We are Floren and Dottie De Waard, retired empty nesters. We are the type of campers that enjoy traveling to and staying at campgrounds that offer full hookups all over this great country; many of them being 4 and 5 star resorts as we are members of Travel Resorts of America and Coast to coast. We also take advantage of some of the amazing State Parks in Georgia and other States, that are extremely well-maintained and secure; with on-site managers. Our current class C affords us the option of staying at any campground because we are not oversized, with many campgrounds not being able to handle larger units but still enjoying all the comforts of home. We had such a great time on our short trips, the last 2 Summers we took some major trips -- the first being a trip up into Northern NY State, seeing breathtaking Niagara Falls and returning down the East coast stopping at many destinations. Last year our trip took us into the Ozarks then North going traveling around the Great Lakes thru Wisconsin and Michigan, across Pennsylvania and again down the Atlantic Seaboard the Outer Banks of North Carolina (being my husband's favorite destination as he is an avid fisherman) and down to Apalachicola, Florida the Oyster capital of the world before returning home 3 and a half months later!!! This year we had the misfortune of having a kitchen fire in our home so decided to stay home this Summer to enjoy our newly rebuilt home till the Fall. We stumbled across this app and figured why not give it a try! I hope you can get as much enjoyment out of our motorhome as we have been having.
