About Robert Cannellos

My name is Robert Cannellos. I am an architect, builder, musician and explorer! In December of 2019, I decided I wanted to experience total freedom, I wanted to travel the USA without a schedule or an agenda (thats a big step!). So to get to this goal, I put together great team from my construction experience (master electrician, automotive expert, plumbing expert and master carpenter) to build the best van conversion we could imagine...nothing was off the table. I first departed Florida in early 2019, and have traveled the country every year since and have visited over 50 National Parks and 30+ state parks. My favorite places are the off grid boondocking - they're free and plentiful in most states West of the Mississippi. Its an amazing feeling to travel freely (I do use a few apps to help me find free camping in places I've never visited). It has been an amazing experience - the van has performed outstanding from the desert to the mountains, and everything in between! Many people I have met in my travels have said "I wish I could do what you are doing", and my answer is "YOU CAN!" It all starts here by renting a Van/RV, and if you really love it - I can help you create one of your own; I have built 4 Vans and 2 schoolies to date and their owners love them!
