I never seen the owner
It’s a lot of money to rent and they won’t even accommodate or reimburse anything. I rented through this app once before the owner was so great. He suggested he would drive the rv to me. Not this owner. After what I been through that whole weekend. I wish they could have suggested to bring to me.

This RV is clean and comfortable and had all the technology and efficiency options that helped us feel relaxed during our week long rental. The owners are very nice and helpful and any time I had a question I was able to reach out and someone would immediately help me out. I had only previously driven a Cruise America Large RV (30’) and a U-Haul large moving truck (26’) but this RV (38’) was easier than both due to the technology and chassis.
