Great communication from owner. No issues with RV. Very nice that pretty much everything is included. No crazy cleaning requirements on checkout. Really enjoyed the large awning and outside speakers.

Lee Morris canceled the booking 2 days before departure. This is an automated posting.

The booking was cancelled because the renter did not read the listing that clearly states, "Delivery to Fort Desoto Campgrounds Only", the renter booked and never mentioned they wanted it delivered to the peace river campgrounds which is 60+ miles from where I'm located and dont deliver to. It wasn't discovered until two days before when I asked for the site number at Fort Desoto to deliver to, only to find out it wasn't at Fort Desoto! I contacted Outdoorsy who helped the renter find another unit. Please read the listings in their entirety, I mention this in a few areas of my listing!

Lee responded quickly to inquiry and any questions we had. Rv was perfect for our needs, he delivered on time with everything ready to go! They had everything you could need even coffee filters/ salt and pepper, napkins, paper towels, pots pans ect!! Only thing could add is a broom for floor clean ups while there. Also we were able to login to Roku accounts on the TV and use hotspot to access steaming services. Raccoons are pretty brave there so lock up all coolers and be on alert they will visit! We just had to bring our food and we were good to go! We had an amazing weekend and really enjoyed our glamping getaway with the kiddos AND pups!!

Awesome find for our Ft. DeSoto trip. Communicating with Lee was great from before the booking to the finish of our stay. The RV is perfect and very well maintained. Everything we needed was there. The setup was a huge surprise with the interior thoughtfully decorated for the holiday, mat and awning in place in the exterior. Could not have asked for a better experience being that this was also our first Outdoorsy. Thank you!!!

We had the absolute best time. Lee was very accomodating to all our needs. The camper was very clean and had a comfortable cozy feel. Everything was set up and we literally had to do nothing but, enjoy and make memories. We will definitely do this again. Thank you Lee so very much!!
