This was our first Outdoorsy experience and we rented 4 trailers for the weekend.
We really got to see the difference in customer service. With Deanna and Sammy’s friendliness and the way they set us up for our weekend, They provided a well supplied beautiful, comfortable place to enjoy our stay. We also feel like we could be friends forever. Thank you Deanna and Sammy for making our weekend as Great as could be. You both are Wonderful!

Deanna was very flexible with my pick up time and allowed early drop off. She was very informative and offered her help to us at anytime, should we have any questions or concerns. Unit was clean and well maintained. It was a perfect for or family of 4 adults and 3 kiddos. We will using this unit again. Thanks Deanna! Ps thanks for the extra generous gift of use of a few if your items at no charge. It was greatly appreciated!

Cancelled due to renter never responding to drop off time and space number. Waited until 24 hours before drop off to see if renter would reach out and they never did until the time they wanted unit delivered. Needed time to prepare the trailer

I was very please with the RV, it was clean and comfortable. Deanna Malone’s travel trailer was just perfect for my camping trip, they also delivered it on time and set it up and had the air conditioning on and everything so nice that all it needed was me and my family to enjoy and they was available for communication at anytime if I had a question. The Malone’s also picked up the trailer on time with no problems, I will definitely rent from them again as well as recommend their services to any and everyone who may need to rent a home away from home. Thanks to Deanna we had a great experience, she was super friendly and very professional. She explained everything nicely and was even available when we had questions setting up. The trailer is very comfortable with lots of extras and everything we needed. Great value for a great price. I will definitely rent from her again.

Believe it or not, looking for a travel trailer can be stressful, there is so many to choose from. But I’m really glad I found the perfect RV for our four day trip at Lake Skinner. Deanna definitely made EVERYTHING very easy & stress free. We had great customer service experience before & after the trip. Team Deanna was on time; RV was completely setup & ready when we got to the site. The RV was very clean, cool & cozy--it had everything we needed; no complaints; 14 cup Coffee Maker was definitely a plus!!! Overall my family & I were extremely happy with everything and we’re looking forward on booking our next camping trip with Team Deanna.

Deanna’s trailer was perfect!!! Very clean and well maintained. The generator definitely helped at the camp we stayed at. They had everything I needed for the trip and the return process was super easy as well.

Had the most amazing time, perfect space for me and my little family! AC was our favorite part, ran great for when we needed a break from the Heat! And beds were very comfortable and spacious! Let’s not forget Deanna was a great renter, great communication, friendly, quick and easy set up, and very helpful with any question I had.
