An amazing experience in the green machine! The van had everything we needed. The host Amanda was very easy to deal with and was always very responsive with great advice. It was a fantastic way to explore Maui and would definitely recommend

Easy peasy! Picked up at airport/dropped of at airport. Our flight was late night so we arranged a rate later than check out. Amanda was super helpful.
Soft blankets & sheets, little fans, all the things you might need to explore & camp. Rig is a beast! Would absolutely patronage Amanda & her operation again!

Great car with personal touches, we rented for 10 days and there was no problem with the car the whole time. Amanda was very accommodating and responsive, also offered help.

Incredible experience with the van and the van owners! Loved it so much we extended our stay. Amanda and Carlos have been nothing short of incredible, highly recommend renting from them! So helpful, kind, & flexible. No complaints! 10/10

The green machine is a very cool and lovely van and it became our good friend during our holidays in Maui. Although it's an old car, it worked very well and within 2 days we both got comfortable driving it around Maui, which is famous for its crazy jungle roads, so it was really great we could trust the car. Big plus for the interior design, size of the bed, kitchen section, camping chairs, boogie boards, snorkel sets and the shower!!! Little minus for the table on the back of the car - we are not very tall but still we didn't fit there, it might be great for children though :). Amanda is an awesome host, she has a lot of positive energy and is very helpful and responsive, it was really great to have her as a host.The big difficulty that we encountered in Maui was that there was only 1 available camping on the whole island (in Hana, at the price 65 dollars/night). We tried to book in advance (3 months before the trip), but although there are lots of companies renting vans, there are maybe 50 camping spots on the whole island so we were not lucky enough to book any. We thought we will still find comfortable places to sleep in the wild, but this was not the case - many parking spots are closed during the night and the locals are not particularly happy to see vans parked on the street, so we felt pretty homeless even though the van was so great! We still had very nice adventurous holidays, but just wanted to share our experience with others here. So if you don't want to repeat our mistake, organize the camping reservations first and then rent the van, and you'll most likely have the greatest time ever then!
