This was a pretty perfect first experience with renting an RV. Michael was wonderful to work with and his camper was everything we’d hoped it would be. Communications with Michael were friendly, timely, and super helpful before and during our trip, and the camper was delivered/picked up exactly as planned. It was lovely and clean upon arrival, unlike one of our friends’ campers that they rented from a different website, and we were able to just move in and enjoy it. The camper was well equipped and everything worked perfectly, from the good sized fridge freezer, to the toaster and griddle. And the shower - more spacious and worked way better than I thought possible in an RV! The king bed was lovely and comfy, and my boys reported that the queen sleeper they shared was comfy too. All in all, this family of four (including 13 and 10 year old boys) loved it, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Michael and his camper. Thank you!

The RV was everything it was advertised to be. Very clean and comfortable. We had it delivered and set up and the process was flawless. We did encounter a small issue with the water supply and sent Michael a text. He arrived at the camp site within an hour and fixed the issue.
This is our second rental via Outdoorsy and we've been pleased both times. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone interested.

Michael was so helpful to this newby. He is easy to work with, goes above and beyond, and is very fast with text responses to questions. The RV is great. The bed is super comfy and its nice to have a real table and living room to relax in. Delivery and pick up service were also excellent.

My experience was wonderful. Mike and Roxanne were very thorough in their delivery, hook up of utilities, and walk through of amenities. I was impressed with the outdoor “carpet, two folding lounge chairs, two folding chairs used by the campfire, propane grill (which Mike set up), and two outdoor tables. It was unexpected and really pimp. Roxanne walked us (my wonderful friend was with me) through the RV, explained how everything worked, where everything was stored, and tips to avoid going through the hot water. Also we were really impressed with the size of the shower, water pressure, and how hot the water was. The A/C and heat worked perfectly. The small touches such as the coffee maker, wine opener (that I forgot was in my Fanny pack, I’m really sorry), and cookware were a nice touch. We were able to cook the Sun Basket meals we brought and they were delicious! It was glamping to the nth degree!

Michael and Roxanne were prefect to rent from. I opted for delivery, setup and take down. The service was excellent, they took care of everything! They were detailed and very responsive in their communication. I could not have asked for a better experience.
