Super easy to book. Rick was always in contact, not like some absentee owners. Unit was clean, delivered on schedule and perfectly set up. Would definitely rent from him again.

The “Little Ranger” was exactly what we needed for our weeks vacation in early fall! Just the right size! Rick’s communication was excellent and he was very accommodating!

The owner was abusive and accused me of damage we did not do.
He called after we did our final inspection and came up with a damage claim afterwards which was bogus. I am now having my damage deposit held in dispute. The glass stove top exploded when I turned on the stove. I turned on the stove to get some heat as the furnace would not work.
Very dissatisfied with the owner who apparently did not follow your check in and out procedure
Seems very fishy to me
Outdoorsy is great but must screen their users better to assure they are better represented

We had an awesome experience working with Rick to go to our music festival! Rick is a timely and efficient communicator. Rick made sure we had a fresh battery on and propane tanks ready to go for our trip. Rick gave us a tutorial on how everything worked. Space was clean and well maintained. Trailer was equipped with everyday travel and dining needs. We are so happy with our experience. We can’t wait to book our next trip to make more wonderful memories!

The RV was perfect for my family and me. We have enjoyed it so much that we wanted to extend our vacations with this spacious and clean RV. Rick was amazing, patient and extremely helpful during our entire stay.
