Overall, trailer was good and met all our family’s needs. Owner communication was great, very friendly and easy to work with. Plenty of storage, appliances all worked well (we did not use the oven), water pressure good, water heated fast.
For the cost, I was disappointed with cleanliness and disrepair of the unit. Bench seat in dining area was broken/unusable at pickup. Owner repaired ad hoc but I, as the renter, should not have had to point this level of damage out - owner was unaware. Awning missing altogether. Tanks not emptied. Several large holes in window screens throughout the unit. We patched the holes ourselves with duct tape just to be able to use the windows. Several window shades do not function. Cleaning appears to have been done in main kitchen area only. Dust, dead bugs, previous renters debris (braces binders, hair ties, wrappers) everywhere in the unit upon pickup - I spent close to an hour cleaning before we unpacked.
