We were truly some Happy Campers!!! Ryan is amazing and gave us very clear and informative instructions on operating the RV. Our camping trip went fabulously well and This RV was the perfect addition to our camping experience especially in this Texas heat. Also the pick up and return was a easy and smooth transition. Thanks again Ryan and we appreciate you being so flexible.

I had read on the reviews before I rented this RV, that Ryan gets back to you quickly. From the first time I contacted him to the last, he answered my phone calls or immediately texted me back within minutes of me writing. I had rented an RV before and the renter never answered his phone or his text's. Not only is Ryan quick to respond, he is very kind and helpful. The whole process was superb and I would rent from him again with no hesitation.

Ryan was very nice to communicate with. We did enjoy the trip to Yellowstone National Park with this RV. However, this almost brand new RV appeared multiple mechanical issues/failures which all related to manufacturing quality (construction/design, materials, QA/QC). Other than the manufacturing issues that annoying us, all the rest were a great experience with this RV rental.

Ryan was very kind and patient with us as we were first time RV users. He explained everything well and gave us his phone number to reach out for anything we may need. He checked on us several times during our trip. He was even kind enough to meet us halfway for pick up. The RV was practically new. It drove well and fit all five us comfortably. We were able to enjoy a great getaway during this pandemic. Thanks, Ryan!!
