We are a very outdoorsy family and enjoy hiking. We have 3 dogs 2 cats (which are not allowed in the rv). Our 2 kids enjoy the out doors also and traveling everywhere with us.

The gray tank was over 3/4 full so we had to empty the gray tank halfway just for the weekend when he charging for $60 cleanup

The RV overall was awesome, however the owner was very pushy amongst delivering the RV. OWNER DID NOT GIVE ME PROPER KNOWLEDGE ON HOW TO USE AMENITIES IN RV for a first time user with his RV, so while I was cooking the glass top on stove broke. However I will take blame, BUT BE AWARE OF THIS OWNER!!!! HE PLACED Another claim on the RV about a broken jack, but he delivered the RV and pick it up.. My deposit was $600 and he left me with $20, after accusing me for breaking a Jack. He had is small son hooking the RV up, while he and I was inside doing a walk through, which he was very rushy with me then. As approaching outside the RV, The owner and son started to use Spanish, then the owner stated that I broken his jack. The owner taken the jack off while I am asking him to show me, he would not show me where. THIS OWNER WILL GO AFTER YOUR DEPOSIT, BE AWARE!!! I've been using Outdoorsy for years and never come across this kind of issue.. I WILL NEVER BOOK THIS OWNER AGAIN!! BE AWARE! I listed photos of the jack while he was backing up the RV as on, the the owner got out and told me I broke it, but it was hook up to his truck. He didnt know that I was taken pictures, and video as he was backing is RV up against a tree, while we was trying to stop him from hitting the tree. He then got out and taken a picture then said I broke his jack!! I don't understand why would he have backend up instead of going forward. NEVER AGAIN, I WILL USE THIS GUY, if you do take before and after pictures and get a Video as well.

We had a rough start due to website and communication but Jose is such a nice guy, he worked with me to fix the issue. We had a great experience, lots of features on the camper to make life easier. Too many to mention. We went with another friend’s camper and they were jealous of the convenience features: adapters for water and electric, x-chocks, lighting, kitchen utensils etc. ...will be booking again!
