I have nothing but good things to say about this experience. Jackie is the ideal host. She is friendly and easy going. She did a good job of explaining the operation of the RV. She was readily available for questions or snags. The RV preformed as described.
The RV was in good shape. It was easy to drive and comfortable. We slept well on the bed. There was plenty of space for our belongings. Granted, it was just two adults so we have more than enough room to sprawl. The AC keep us cool. I notice this it is so well insulated that the interior was relatively cool, even in the beating sun. The hook ups are easy to do once you figure it out. Same with emptying the tanks.
One issue is to be sure the valves are set to the city hook up configuration and then hook up the hose. I had it set to "normal" first, hooked up the hose, and then switched it to "city". This cause a water overflow from the bottom of the RV. We quickly figured it out though.
No issues with the vehicle. We filled the gas tank once. Expect about $200 per fill up.

Jackie was a great RV host. She had great communication and ensured our trip was a great one. The RV was clean and ready to go for us. She saved our trip since our previous just/reservation had to cancel 24 hours prior to our pick up. Definitely recommend this host and RV

Jackie was very nice and had the RV well stocked before I picked it up. The AC did not work initially, but she sent a mobile repair person out and she had the issue fixed on site for me! Would rent again.

If you are an experienced RV user and also familiar with how Outdoorsy works, this RV and owner may be a good match for you. The RV itself is well-appointed, generally comfortable and easy to drive. And the owner, Jackie, is mostly friendly and eager to accommodate renters. She is, however, relatively new to RVing herself and unable to provide any real information or assistance with RV technical questions, including functioning and maintenance of the various systems. For the vast majority of questions we asked about the RV both before and during our trip (when we were having issues and needed assistance), we were advised by Jackie to “just Google it.” Her limited knowledge about her own RV makes it impossible to troubleshoot, which we found challenging as brand new RV users.Additionally, I wasn’t confident that Jackie had a full understanding of her responsibilities as an owner operating through Outdoorsy. She failed to bring some or all of the required documents to both check in and check out and required my assistance in filling out portions of the paperwork (which were only even completed at my insistence). And, we didn’t discover until check out that there was supposed to have been a comprehensive training at check in, which we did not receive, but maybe could have helped us avoid or address some of the inevitable issues that would arise on our trip.
