Mr. Parker went above and beyond what was expected. Shortly after we departed, I must have ran over something and punctured one of the trailer tires. Mr. Parker drove out to us and repaired it. In the process of Mr. Parker fixing the tire, my wife tripped over a suitcase and sprained her ankle very badly. Mr. Parker finished repairing the tire, drove over to the nearest pharmacy, bought supplies and bandaged my wife's ankle, instructed her to keep it elevated and gave her a case of cold packs. She was thanks to him able to heal faster and our vacation was back in order. If that had not been enough, upon our delivery of the unit, our dog became alarmed, jumped out of our truck and took off running before we could reach him. Mr. Parker suggested we split up and go looking for him. Both my wife and I had just about lost all hope of ever seeing him again but approximately 2 1/2 hours later, Mr. Parker pulled up in his pick up truck with "Oakley" by his side in the front seat. We could have not asked for a better person to rent from and the RV was exactly as described.

The goal for our weekend outing was to have a safe, reliable, comfortable place to spend it. The Parker's provided exactly that! The RV was clean, fully functional, and they explained how everything worked at the walk through and was very knowledgeable about every question I had. Would definitely recommend and plan to rent from the Parker's again!
