Roberts trailer was excellent and worked pretty much exactly as he described. He told us before we left that the batteries were getting a little weak and halfway through the week, we had to constantly use the generator if we wanted to have any power in the trailer at all. We had our own trailer generator that worked just fine for our needs and it really was not an inconvenience other than having to run the generator a lot longer than we originally thought we would have to. The trailer towed like a dream and everything worked just great. Robert was very easy to work with when we requested to be able to pick the trailer up a day early, and he was going to be working all day when we returned it so he asked if we could hold it at our house for an extra day and that turned out to be no problem at all. Overall we had a great experience, a wonderful week camping, and we would definitely rent from Robert again.

The RV was as-advertised and perfect for my trip. Robert was great with communication before the trip and fantastic to meet and work with during pick up and drop off. I highly recommend Robert and his RV!

Communication was great he made it very easy and simple. The kids really enjoyed their own sleeping space and it really helped make a 5 day camping trip a lot more comfortable. Lots of extras we didn’t need to bring. We wish the awning was working but it wasn’t too bad.

We had a great experience and an awesome vacation! Perfect trailer for our trip. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Very roomy, lots of beds. Everything you’d need, and more, for a great camping experience. Robert was great to work with! Communicated great and with reasonable response time. Went over everything with us and answered all of our questions. Will definitely refer him to others and we will definitely book with him again. Thanks Robert!

We had a wonderful time using Eddie's trailer. It gave us a chance to cross off a bucket list item and see Mt Rushmore and the surrounding area and bring our furbabies along. The Trailer was clean and stocked with a workable kitchen (pans, plates, cups, utensils, etc). He has an outdoor table, chairs, yard rug, bbq so we didnt need to bring anything. We did use our own bedding and towels, but those were also provided. Don't forget to flip a switch outside to use the water heater off of electric. Our bad, we didn't and used gas to heat water, thinking it was broken. Eddie goes over everything, how to operate the trailer etc, but its a lot to take in and we missed that part. This was our first time using someone else's trailer, we will definitely do it again, in hopes that our next trailer is as nice! Thank you for helping us see the USA!!

This was our 2nd time using Outdoorsy. We had a great time and the trailer was stocked with everything a person might need. Games for kids, pots/pan, utensils, plates, etc. We had brought all of our own stuff just in case, but it was nice to know the extra supplies were there if needed.
