The Van works great and it was easy to drive and operate. Great solar power. It's small and definitely does not sleep 4.

Overall, we were pleased with our experience. This was my first time using Outdoorsy. At first, it was difficult to get responses from Aaron, and then I learned he preferred to communicate via texting instead of through Outdoorsy. When I contacted him to discuss delivery plans, it seemed as though he didn't know I had reserved his vehicle but I did get a vehicle delivered to me, on-time, as promised. The only hiccup was that the van I received was not the van I had scheduled, but it ended up being bigger and possibly better; this is the only reason I listed the accuracy as two-stars. Lucky for Aaron the switch worked for me so we were good to go. I was very nervous about how that would affect my rental agreement and insurance policies but luckily we didn't have any issues to need to rely on them. Aaron was always very friendly, as was his partner Alexandra.
While on my first day of driving, the flatbed snapped in half but we didn't discover this until after we arrived at our destination. I was able to work with Aaron to get it repaired and get us back in working order with no major struggles or delays.
The van functioned great and was easy to drive. I was grateful for the backup camera since it was so large, but I was easily able to park in normal parking stalls and drive it like any regular automatic vehicle. It did great on hills, dirt roads, and sandy beaches. I would definitely drive it again! The A/C was strong and the drive was very comfortable. My family and I did not use the camping items (stove, fridge, sink/faucet, etc.) although they were available to us. My purpose for this rental was for my husband to be able to travel comfortable for 3 hours straight, along with our dog. My husband has major medical issues that require him to lay down to travel, as he is unable to sit. This van met our needs and the rental was fairly easy to manage, even for my first time. :)
