We are experienced campers but prefer tents above RV'ing. So when it came time to celebrate my dad's 95th birthday we had to rent an RV for him. I used the Outdoorsy app to book it. Overall it was a fantastic experience. Our host, Johnson was very responsive to our communications and answered all of our questions. He was very accommodating and even waived an extra fee. The motor home was just what we needed - - In good working condition, clean, easy enough to drive and had plenty of space.

Johnson is a very nice guy, he went out of his way to making sure we had everything we needed for our trip to Santa Cruz. We forgot some things in the RV and he shipped it to us. Very nice of you thank you! This new RV is great, clean very good on gas and very spacious. We are looking forward to renting from Johnson again very soon and visiting Santa Cruz and to San Francisco. Thank you for everything!

Great 3 day Weekend Rental. Johnson is easy to get in contact with, keeps you up to date on your rental, and reviews the Rig well. Payed a bit more to rent as this is a 2016 Model. Did encounter a an a/c heating issue while driving but fairly minor. A clean and reliable RV and a nice RV rental experience. Would rent from Johnson again :)

Johnson was very responsive and flexible with our return times. He did a thorough walk through with us before we drove away the RV, so we knew how to function everything and gave a handy reminders list in case we forgot anything. The RV was spacious and drove very well. We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed our time!
