Raina was outstanding! Great communication and help, especially since I was a first-time user of Outdoorsy. She and her family were great as walking thru the steps during pick-up and drop-off. Also a great camper. I could tell they took good care of it and it was important to them.

Unfortunately, we had to cancel our camping trip due to the Oregon fires Impacting our family members. I did not have the opportunity to meet Raina in person, though she couldn't have been more thoughtful and understanding. She even offered her camper up - free of charge, to family members who may need temporary shelter - As bad as this year has been with Covid, crazy riots, loss of jobs, businesses ruined, etc. This really touched my heart. It's what I love about America, and American people. We will be holding our reservation over for a better time, and we'll definitely be booking with Raina!

RV has an innovative design with the toy hauler/storage attachment and surprising amount of sleep options. Raina was thorough, responsive and pleasant. Good experience, definitely recommendable.

Raina is great to work with! The trailer was the perfect size for our family of 5. Easy to use. Nice to be able to haul the 4 wheelers.

Great trailer. Clean, no odors, beds were clean. Outstanding owner, helped with any issues. Easy to hook up. Pop outs are easy.
We don’t have “toys” so the hauler added extra length that made booking some camping spots a little
tough, because it’s very long. But overall, I really liked renting this hybrid pop-up rig.

Travel trailer was exactly as expected. Very clean and everything worked as it should. Raina was always on top of communicating with me and was pleasant to work with. I would definitely rent from Raina again!!
