Steven was a pleasure to communicate with, was very knowledgeable about his own tow vehicle and what he was looking for in a rig; however, due a fault of my refrigerator breaking I had to cancel the reservation so that it could be repaired. I really wish my rig didnt break down as he seemed like a stand up guy
