The RV was very clean and everything worked great. Jason was very thorough going through all of the RV equipment during our pickup process. We had one question during our trip and Laurie and Jason responded right away. This was a prefect way to travel with 4 grand boys, everyone had their own sleeping area. After visiting Mount Rushmore we watched National Treasure 2 which was filmed there on the outside TV. The boys really enjoyed that. There’s a ton of storage area’s inside and outside, we didn’t even use all of them. The return process was seamless, we would recommend this RV to others, the owners are very great to work with.

I have given it a few weeks to process our experience in renting this RV prior to writing this review, and I’m still very disappointed with the rental process. To keep this short, the main issue was miscommunication between Laurie and her husband on maintenance issues that came up throughout the trip and the learning process of initial pickup Specifically the sewer system (watch out for that one), dumping the black/gray water, radio/navigating system, side bump out, and the auto leveling system.

RV feels new. Very clean/nice/current in terms of look/feel. As a family of 5 (3 kids), the set up is perfect (personal space for parents, each kid.) Easy set up, all things in working order. Laurie was fantastic to work with (helped us navigate dates/timing) and her husband very helpful with orienting us in person to how all things work. Came with new pots; nice/clean/new'ish utensils, cups, plates, bowls, etc. Fantastic overall experience. Highly recommend this RV without hesitation.

We had a great weekend trip in this RV. It was our first RV experience. We appreciated the time Laurie and Jason took for a test drive and offering tips on how things worked. Laurie was completely accessible for questions we forgot to ask or details we didn’t remember. We learned a lot and appreciated the opportunity to have this new experience.

We loved the RV. It was clean, nicely appointed, and had some great updates. And it was in great working/mechanical order. Also, working with Laurie was a breeze. She was available for quick questions throughout our trip. I can not recommend this host/RV enough.
