Oh my goodness!!! Jane and Eric are simply splendid! Our experience, which was the first RV rental on outdoorsy for us, went smoothly in all aspects! Jane was attentive, kind, accommodating, and patient with us as we navigated the rental process. She follows up promptly, has clear communication, and sets expectations without a hitch! Sincerely, what a gem of an experience that has given us peace of mind and so many wonderful memories!! Remember to return your rentals on time as they have a beautiful family that also needs their attention!!!! Thank you again for your time and RV, see you soon!!!

RV was exactly as described! Jane was great from start to finish. She sent over informational videos for the RV on the front end, walked thru everything at pick up, and was easily reached with any questions we had during our trip. Couldn’t recommend renting from Jane more.

Unfortunately this person provided a one star because she damaged our unit and won’t pay for parts. This was her reply on my drop off confirmation “Yes we're having a great time. Yes for the 1pm that would be great as well.” Sad people can’t be honest.

I recently rented an RV from Eric & Jane. It was a last minute trip and Jane was amazing at quickly answering all my questions and getting the unit ready for the trip. I have to say that the experience was absolutely fantastic! I cannot recommend this rental enough, and I would give it a 5+ star review without hesitation.

Owners are great to work with and very accommodating. Also their location is a perfect spot to start a journey to ENP or the Keys. All the mechanical systems worked well for our trip.

This was our first RV rental/trip. Jane was great with communication and her tutorial videos were clear and straightforward for newbies. She responded to our questions promptly. She definitely made our first time as smooth as possible. The unit was perfect for us and our 2 boys ages 6 and 8. It was clean and well stocked for a quick weekend getaway. I would highly recommend Jane and won’t hesitate to rent from her for our next RV trip, now that the kids are hooked!

This trip was the first one, great and relaxing in this RV, Jane the owner was able all the time to respond any questions. Absolutely 💯 recommend this RV to travel with family and friends.
