This was an outstanding overall experience!! The RV was perfect for our family on our road trip to West Texas. It was clean and had everything we needed! But most of all James and his wife were excellent hosts!! They went above and beyond for us! Extremely helpful with everything we needed before the trip and after. Unfortunately Outdoorsy’s roadside assistance and insurance did not provide good service but James took over and did it all when we got back!!! We highly recommend using him and would rent from them again!! Excellent service and wonderful experience!!

Terrible experience. We feel this owner is extremely dishonest and unsafe. Five weeks later we are still having to argue with him about repairs for which he has still not provided us with any backup and which appear to be entirely related to his actions and the low quality of this trailer.Here are a few examples of what we encountered: (1) the owner waited until we were getting ready to leave to disclose that the sewage system was malfunctioning (among other issues, like an ant infestation that lasted the whole trip), even though he admitted he knew about it ahead of time (kind of a big deal); (2) at pickup we asked him about the fact that the tires looked worn and he went out of his way to assure us not to worry because they were fit for purpose and safe, but after suffering a blowout later that day the tire service company confirmed the tread was unsafe. We spent hours on the side of the road with our kids in the dark and spent more hours at a tire repair shop the next day, all b/c of the owner trying to skimp a few bucks on safe tires. He was so helpful that two days later he texted to let us know Outdoorsy could help replace the tire. He's also now accused us of trying to "hide" the dented tire rim b/c we put it where the spare tire goes (of course, we'd already texted him to tell him that and it was only on the spare b/c the tire folks said the damage from the blow out rendered it unfit to drive on). Perhaps we should have put it in the shower?; (3) the trailer was of such low quality that we decided to end our trip early (how many times do you want to stop to duck tape the cheap weather stripping so it's not dragging on the highway, etc.).

Our family traveled from Houston to Hot Springs, Arkansas for the July 4th weekend. James was responsive and very accommodating to both his schedule and ours to get our reservation set up. This is a great first time rental for small families looking to get into RV'ing. Great experience overall! Thanks James!

Everything went perfectly smooth! He went above and beyond to make the rental process painless. I even happened to forgot an important piece of equipment and he let me borrow his saving me time and money. Aside from that he was easy to communicate with and as polite as could be.
