We have rented 2 Class A RV’s from Ted over the past year. We had a great experience with both coaches. The rental process is easy, the owner arrives promptly at the drop off location and takes his time going over all aspects of the RV. A great experience, friendly flexible and reliable owner, and clean almost new RV’s. We know where to go for our next rental.

We loved the RV and were quite appreciative that Ted swapped our original
RV out with a different model when he discovered a mechanical issue with
our original reservation. We did however have an agreement that he would
drop off the RV with us at the airport when we arrived. About a week before
our trip we were told it wouldn't happen (and found out later it was
because he was dropping off other RV's) This meant we had to drive an hr
north in a taxi to pick up our RV to then turn around and drive an hour and
half south. We attempted to get a compromise to have him work with us for
the drop off and he told us it would be a $300 fee for him to meet us
anywhere other than the hour North of the airport location. We would not
have rented from him if we knew this ahead of time and unfortunately we
were forced to do whatever he dictated given all RV's were rented out in
the area we were going to a week before our trip. Aside from this
rather *massive
inconvenience* he was quite communicative, the RV was in good condition and
we enjoyed the space. If you rent, make sure you have clear expectations of
the pick up and drop off location before reserving your RV as he basically
promised us one thing and told us later if we wanted to have that promise
we would be required to pay an additional $300.00.

My wife and I were nervous about our first RV trip. Ted was the best person we could have found to rent from. The RV was awesome! It had everything we needed and drove great. As first time drivers, we had tons of questions for Ted as we went on our journey and he answered every text and call immediately and couldn’t have been more helpful. From finding us a great RV park at the last minute to fixing any issue that came up to just walking us through the ins and outs of our first RV experience, he was the best. I would 100% recommend Ted and this RV and will plan to come back to him again on our next trip.

We had problems with the RV. Water everywhere during the night…..the water pipe of the toilets exploded and flooded the rdv….. so, we were 12 hours with no water in the rv. We didn’t take a shower or used the toilets or cleaned the dishes… It was very unconfortable. Ted propose us to cancel the trip because nobody was available at the time. We cancel the trip and now he refused to refund the amount…….it seem to us, the money, for him, is more important than customers ………Run away from that bad person.

SYLVIE IS LEAVING OUT SOME IMPORTANT INFORMATION-FROMTHE BEGGINING OF HER TRIP SHE FAILED TO GET HER HUSBAND QULIFIED TO DRIVE WITH INSURANCE AND WAS ANGRY BECAUSE I WOULDNT LET HER TAKE THE RV WITHOUT A QUALIFIED DRIVER WITCH IS UNACCEPTABLE BECAUSE SHE WOULD BE UN-INSURED...WE MANAGED TO GET HER SORTED AFTRE I CALLED OUTDOORSY ON HER BEHALF MANY TIMES ALSO SHE ASKED TO TAKE DELIVERY 2 HOURS EARLIER THAN SHE HAD PLANNED ....NO PROBLEM , I AQUIESSED....WE DO ALL WE CAN TO GIVE OUR COSTOMERS A GREAT TRIP !! THE WATER LEAK DID HAPPEN , SHE TEXTED ME AT 7;30 AM AND I WAS AT HER CAMPSITE BY 9:10 AM AND TURNED THE WATER BACK ON AND TOLD HER THE SECOND TIOLET NEEDED A PART AND I WOULD GO GET IT OR SHE COULD LEAVE AND GO TO HER NEXT SITE (TAMPA) AND I WOULD HAVE SOMEONE WAITING THERE TO INSTAL THE PART. SYLVIE CHOSE TO CANCEL HER TRIP.
